All students needing to enroll their child for special education purposes in the San Carlos School District school, must complete the following documentation as part of the registration process. Please download the following forms:
Complete in their entirety and bring the original paperwork to our Student Services office, such as original Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency (copies will be made at the Student Services Office). We are located in the portables behind the District Office at 826 Chestnut Street between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
