On May 23rd, the San Mateo County School Boards Association (SMCSBA) awarded the 2011 J. Russell Kent Awards, and among the 19 awards given in the county, two were given to programs in the San Carlos School District — the Arundel School SDC Pre-School Program and the Heather School After School Reading and Math Club.
